Meet our Founder

In 2016, Virtualist was founded by a visionary leader who aimed to create a company culture that aligned with her own values.

Her belief that happy workers are productive workers led her to establish a company that offers Filipino workers more opportunities for growth and development. 

Started as an agent, she worked for major BPO companies, including Convergys, Teleperformance, and HSBC-HDPP, and consistently ranked as a top employee. Through hard work and dedication, she climbed the corporate ladder and held various positions such as Trainer, Department Manager, Vice President for Operations, and eventually, Chief Operations Officer for a Financial Institution based in Irvine California.

As the leader of the company, she oversaw its rapid expansion, doubling its size to over 300 employees and opening a bigger office.

Her commitment to work ethics and leading by example provided safety and stability to both clients and employees. She emphasized the importance of a positive work environment and ensured that employees were treated fairly and offered necessary training, resulting in an efficient and productive operation.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated her strong commitment to both personal and professional growth, inspiring those around her to achieve their full potential.
